Guðrun & Bartal have a concert in OY Friday evening, October 30 at 21:00.

The program features all the neo-classical songs from the album, Vónin er (The Hope Is), which Guðrun & Bartal released in 2013. The concert will feature the full band.

On November 7, OY will set the stage for a very special night as Faroe5 return to perform the songs that so many know and love.

Faroe5 released their first singles, “Bara Eitt Spæl” and “Tú Fert Altíð At Vera Har”, in the summer of 2008. When their debut album followed later that year, it brought even more hits.

“Eg Vil Hava T”, “Eina Langa Nátt”, “Sama Gerð”, “Sjeikurin”, “Droymi Mitt Um Dagin” and many more have become part of the soundtrack for generations of Faroese music fans – and despite the years that have passed, the songs are more alive than ever.

Taking the stage will be the same five singers who formed Faroe5 from the very beginning: Lillian Dalsgaard, Asta Højgaard, Jónvá Ellingsgaard, Ragnhild Dam and Vígdis Fjallstein Christiansen.

With new pop hits in the mix alongside a catalogue of songs that has stood the test of nearly two decades, everything is set for a night of nostalgia, pop, partying and sing-along anthems.
