Sissal has long been part of the Faroese music scene under the name Jóhanna Niclasen, but she truly broke through when she won the Danish Melodi Grand Prix in March 2025. Her powerful voice, bold personality and unfiltered honesty quickly made her a fan favourite.

In November 2024 she released her debut EP “Hear Me Now”, but it was the song “Hallucination” that opened doors she once thought impossible.

Since then, she has released “I’m not crying, I’m dancing”, a Danish single inspired by her journey on Vild Med Dans - a track about finding strength, freedom and release through movement.

Her concert will be a personal journey, personal stories, dreams and the courage to step beyond you comfort zone. Audiences can expect both familiar songs and brand-new material, delivered in a soundscape that mixes organic instruments with electronic elements.

Joined by some of the Faroese music scene’s strongest musicians, Sissal creates an intense, heartfelt and uplifting live experience - one that brings her audience close.
